In addition to our hand crafted beer selection, we also offer a full bar and classic cocktail menu.
A delightfully sweet golden ale brewed with heaping helpings of wheat, oat, and lactose, then dosed during secondary fermentation with vanilla and over 5 gallons of cold brew coffee. Layers of sweet complexity give way to refreshing espresso notes, mimicking the experience of drinking your favorite iced coffee. Caution: Definitely contains caffeine!
8.1 ABV , 12 oz.
This high gravity brew was created in honor of the classic beer cocktail made famous by the Beastie Boys, where orange juice and malt liquor are combined to form an amped up (and cheaper) take on a Mimosa. Our version was delicately hopped and made with a bold backbone of choice English malt before being conditioned atop orange peels and organic orange pureé. This is a firmly malt forward beer with peripheral notes of sweet orange and citrus. Feel free to ask our wonderful bartenders for a splash of Orange Juice for the full Brass Monkey effect!
6.2 ABV , 16 oz.
Are you tired of everything pumpkin related tasting like a sugary sweet latté or slice of pie? We definitely are, which is why this beer is firmly a stout first and pumpkin second. Dark and wholly satisfying, this brew offers a robust and complex roast character that slowly gives way to reveal subtle notes of cinnamon, nutmeg and clove.
6.5 ABV , 16 oz.
Brewed deep beneath the Earth's crust (aka in the basement ten feet below you), this is our take on a classic American IPA. Brewed with Citra and Amarillo hops. Malt forward caramel notes with a finish of resin and pine.
Will's Winter Wheat
5 ABV , 16 oz.
We looked to our states founder, Williiam Penn, for inspiration on this refreshing brew, and thanks to our friends at Double Eagle Malt we are able to use 100% Pennsylvania grown and malted grain, giving this beer a uniquely local character. Golden and hazy in appearance, is possesses all the ester and clove character you’d expect from a classic Weiss Beer, along with a delicate spicieness and a satisfyingly full mouthfeel. We think it’s the perfect sessionable companion to a cold winter’s night.

Our eminently drinkable Hefeweizen infused with lemon and local lovage. Delightful blend of citrus and herb.
4.9 ABV , 16 oz.
A crisp and classic American Pale Ale brewed with heavy doses of Amarillo hops both in the kettle and as a dry hop, with notes of pine, sharp citrus, and a light malty finish. This ale proves a beer can be both light bodied and still finish with a deliciously hoppy bite!
5.2 ABV , 16 oz.
Soft, malty, and slightly sweet, this drinkable brew was made with heavy doses of Munich malt for color and character and hopped exclusively with traditional Hallertau Mittelfruh hops. This King (or König in German) of Kolsh’s is our spin on the style, pouring a light copper color with notes of bread and a faint nuttiness, all finishing with a Pilsner-like mouthfeel.
Peachy Pale Ale

A positively Peachy Pale Ale perfectly balanced between sweet succulent peach character and a piney American hop backbone. Crisp and delightfully refreshing, this brew is a ray of summer sunshine to ward off the winter blues!
