Behind the Bar
In addition to our hand crafted beer selection, we also offer a full bar and classic cocktail menu.

Our house Juicy Pale Ale, brewed this time with a hearty dose of wheat and heavy late kettle additions of Simcoe and Citra, a combination that replicates and blends bright citrus and subtle pine notes. A light malt profile of Pale and Maris Otter keep this brew refreshing and sessionable!
A delightfully sweet golden ale brewed with heaping helpings of wheat, oat, and lactose, then dosed during secondary fermentation with vanilla and over 5 gallons of cold brew coffee. Layers of sweet complexity give way to refreshing espresso notes, mimicking the experience of drinking your favorite iced coffee. Caution: Definitely contains caffeine!
6.6 ABV , 12 oz.
The unruly middle child in our set of Belgian beers, this brew pours a delightful deep amber and features strong notes of caramel and raisins, with a slightly dry edge and just the right hint of Belgian funk. A beer that truly pairs well with foods from hearty to sweet and is more than happy to warm you in the chill winter months.
6.6 ABV , 12 oz.
We here at the Brewpub are big fans of Rosé in the warmer months, so we got to thinking: why should wine have all the fun!? Anything wine can do, beer can do better! So, we brewed a classic Saison with Pilsner and Munich Malt, fermented atop a pile of crushed white grapes, and left it to condition with a hearty dose of organic beet juice. The end result is a beautifully dry, earthy, and complex beer that pours with a delicate pink head.

A classic Bavarian Wheat beer hopped with Halltertau & Strisselspalt hops, it’s offered as an homage to the proud tradition of German brewing Philadelphia was once famous for. Sweet, phenolic, and easy drinking - perfectly suited for sipping outside in the sunshine, right next to the street it’s named after!
Peach Passion Brosé
6.6 ABV , 12 oz.
What happens when you take a brew already bursting with phenolic complexity and add even more fruit to it!? Peach Passion Brosé, that’s what! This one-off keg uses our dear Brosé as a base, and we’ve infused it with an addition of both peach and passion fruit to take an already refreshing beer to the next level!
3.5 ABV , 16 oz.
Drinking can be a lot like running a marathon: if you want to go the distance, it’s a good idea to pace yourself. This beer was envisioned for that exact purpose! Brewed with pilsner malt and a heaping helping of flaked rye, then hopped and dry hopped with careful doses of Hallertau Mittelfruh and Pearle hops, it has a light and delicate flavor profile with just enough floral hop character to leave you wanting just a bit more.
8.3 ABV , 12 oz.
come across as sweet and friendly up front, but the 8.3% ABV will leave you breathing fire in no time flat. Brewed with over 600 pounds of malt and oats (our biggest malt bill to date), this big bodied behemoth starts out saccharine sweet before unleashing its hoppy fury courtesy of huge additions of Motueka, Rakau, and Nelson Sauvin hops.
Double Dry Hopped Drogon's DIPA
8.3 ABV , 12 oz.
What happens when you double dry hop a double IPA!? You're about to find out! But seriously, we used our already hopped up Double IPA as a canvas to express one of our favorite hop combos, Citra and Amarillo, on top of all of that Nelson Sauvin and Rakau goodness thats already in there. This is a one off keg, so get it while you can!
Night on the Sun
6 ABV , 12 oz.
Starting with our Belgian Single 'Modest Monk' as a base beer, we filled a barrel that had been filled previously with both Pennsylvania Whiskey and New Jersey Rum, added 25 lbs of pureéd PA peaches, and topped it off with a fresh dose of Belgian Lambic yeast. Ten months later we pulled out this concoction, a dry, slightly sour, and endlessly complex brew that finishes with hints of ripe fruit and mellow oak.
5.5 ABV , 16 oz.
We love our classic German Wheat beers around here, but we also think they make an ideal beer to play with fruit infusion. Enter the apple version of this refreshing brew, infused with green apple and just a touch of Woodruff, it takes an already sweet and drinkable beer to the next level.
4.3 ABV , 16 oz.
This single hop pale ale was brewed as a tribute to the glory of the Nelson Sauvin Hop, and it packs the full range of tropical hop goodness that Nelson is so famous for. Juicy, light, and refreshing, this beer gives the impression of big hop character without being overly bitter in the finish. We think it’s a perfect summertime brew.
