Behind the Bar
In addition to our hand crafted beer selection, we also offer a full bar and classic cocktail menu.
A delightfully sweet golden ale brewed with heaping helpings of wheat, oat, and lactose, then dosed during secondary fermentation with vanilla and over 5 gallons of cold brew coffee. Layers of sweet complexity give way to refreshing espresso notes, mimicking the experience of drinking your favorite iced coffee. Caution: Definitely contains caffeine!
6.6 ABV , 12 oz.
We here at the Brewpub are big fans of Rosé in the warmer months, so we got to thinking: why should wine have all the fun!? Anything wine can do, beer can do better! So, we brewed a classic Saison with Pilsner and Munich Malt, fermented atop a pile of crushed white grapes, and left it to condition with a hearty dose of organic beet juice. The end result is a beautifully dry, earthy, and complex beer that pours with a delicate pink head.
3.5 ABV , 16 oz.
Drinking can be a lot like running a marathon: if you want to go the distance, it’s a good idea to pace yourself. This beer was envisioned for that exact purpose! Brewed with pilsner malt and a heaping helping of flaked rye, then hopped and dry hopped with careful doses of Hallertau Mittelfruh and Pearle hops, it has a light and delicate flavor profile with just enough floral hop character to leave you wanting just a bit more.
8.3 ABV , 12 oz.
come across as sweet and friendly up front, but the 8.3% ABV will leave you breathing fire in no time flat. Brewed with over 600 pounds of malt and oats (our biggest malt bill to date), this big bodied behemoth starts out saccharine sweet before unleashing its hoppy fury courtesy of huge additions of Motueka, Rakau, and Nelson Sauvin hops.
4.3 ABV , 16 oz.
This single hop pale ale was brewed as a tribute to the glory of the Nelson Sauvin Hop, and it packs the full range of tropical hop goodness that Nelson is so famous for. Juicy, light, and refreshing, this beer gives the impression of big hop character without being overly bitter in the finish. We think it’s a perfect summertime brew.
5.8 ABV , 16 oz.
A classic English Ale brewed with classic English ingredients, including heaps of UK Fuggle Hops and Maris Otter Malt. Rich, nutty undertones give way to a delightful toffee like finish with just a touch of hop bitterness.
5.6 ABV , 16 oz.
Hoppy without being too bitter, sweet without being cloying, and Belgian without an accent and a fancy name. This is a beer that is truly more than the sum of its parts. Brewed with a hefty amount of wheat, hopped gloriously multiple times with Amarillo (and a bit of Simcoe), and then left to ferment with our own house Belgian yeast strain. This brew comes together with a complex and delightfully hoppy aroma and an instantly refreshing finish.
Even Hoppier Amarillo Dream
5.6 ABV , 16 oz.
If you like our juicy White IPA Amarillo Dream, but still want even more hop lusciousness, this is the beer for you! We forced even more Amarillo Hops into this one off Cask, so get the lupulin goodness while you can!
4.8 ABV , 16 oz.
Sometimes big things come in small packages, and in this case, we packed a whole lot of in-your-face hop character into a relatively low ABV brew. We hopped this beer heavily with Simcoe and Chinook hops (hence, Sim-Chi) for a burst of American bitterness up front while maintaining a delicately floral finish and aroma, all while keeping it light enough to session.
5 ABV , 12 oz.
Bucolic, by definition, means ' relating to the pleasant aspects of the countryside and country life,' and we think that perfectly describes the origin of a beer like this. Made for hundreds of years by the farmers of Belgium, our version is made with traditional European malt and a classic Belgian Ale yeast, keeping the old world tradition alive.
Penn Treaty Porter
6.3 ABV , 16 oz.
Named for the historic Penn Treaty Park right around the corner from the pub, we brewed this porter with a heaping helping of classic English malt and a generous addition of malted oats for smoothness. Dark enough to be satisfying without being overwhelmingly roasty, this brew is the perfect compliment to a hearty meal.
