Heather has a passion for reinventing the classic cocktail, using traditional techniques with a modern twist. She loves creating cocktails using non-traditional ingredients such as fresh herbs, balsamic vinegar and cooking spices. She enjoys getting creative with taste profiles, creating liquor infusions that are used as a main ingredient in several of her favorite cocktails.
She believes there is no flavor that is out of the question when it comes to building a classic but non-traditional cocktail. She has spent the past few years surrounded by craft-beer, and has mastered the art of the perfect “beer cocktail.”
